Project
The 100%-owned MPD copper-gold porphyry project is located in the Quesnel Terrane of south-central British Columbia, Canada, an established mining district with producing mines and strong infrastructure. In December 2025 Kodiak published an initial NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate (effective December 9, 2025) at a 0.2% CuEq cut-off, comprising seven deposits. The Indicated resource totals 82.9 million tonnes grading 0.39% CuEq (519 million pounds of copper and 0.39 million ounces of gold), plus 356.3 million tonnes of Inferred resources averaging 0.32% CuEq. All known deposits remain open for expansion.
