Cartier Resources’ flagship asset is the Chimo Mine Project (part of its broader Cadillac Project) located approximately 45 km east of Val-d’Or in Québec’s Abitibi Greenstone Belt, Canada. The property hosts the past-producing Chimo Mine, which produced about 379,012 ounces of gold intermittently between 1964 and 1997. An NI 43-101 technical report filed in October 2022 (effective August 22, 2022) estimated 720,000 ounces of gold Indicated (7,128,000 tonnes at 3.14 g/t Au) and 1,633,000 ounces Inferred (18,475,000 tonnes at 2.75 g/t Au).
